First of all, this girl is interesting and so is the music that plays in the background. After reading Utopia, I was interested in knowing more about Thomas More and his reasons behind Utopia. I think this would be a good source to use before reading Utopia, that way one can understand the main idea before and get more details while reading the text.
Good stuff here. A pretty comprehensive and easily digestable overview of More. Thanks for posting this. I learn a lot better from listening and watching than from reading. Also, I never before made any connection between anime and More. And I still don't... But perhaps there is potential for a "Utopia" anime series...?
Also, I found this little clip of Sir Thomas More's execution from The Tudors series. I got hooked to the first season mainly because I was so fascinated by his character. His speech on the scaffold here (although perhaps not entirely accurate) gives a good picture of just how firmly he stood up for his beliefs.
